As franchisees you will be required to have any new members of staff that you wish to employ to lead sessions to take this qualification within the first 6 months of coaching with Kixx.

For your coaches at the moment, I think it will be of the benefit for all to take it and will really ensure our high standards of quality are maintained. This course will also be something that allows you to see that your coaches are committed to your business rather than just showing up for casual pay, resulting in a high turnover of coaches and all the challenges that brings.

Your experienced coaches are at your discretion if you would like them to do it, but everyone who has worked for you less than a year and leads sessions will be required to take the course.
